The Transformer Day
a one-to-one coaching experience designed to help individuals gain clarity and focus on creating a transformation for their future. This is achieved by exploring the individual’s strengths and values, creatively problem-solving around key challenges, and developing a clear set of actions to move towards their vision. The day runs from 9.30am to 4.00pm and involves pre-work which takes around 1.5 hours and is sent two weeks prior to the day. In the morning, a series of mind-expanding exercises are conducted to stimulate generative visioning and hone key questions. There are also two one-hour walks to talk and reflect on the surrounding location. After lunch, the focus shifts towards addressing the individual’s key questions and creating a compelling strength-based action plan. Six weeks later, there is a follow-up call to review progress and set new goals. This is a deep-dive coaching experience that helps individuals gain clarity, access fresh thinking, and develop a clear direction for their life.
Team/Group coaching
Desired outcomes. The desired outcomes of our approach include gaining an understanding of team members’ personalities and working styles, fostering team cohesion and happiness, strengthening the team’s identity and desired behaviours, increasing effectiveness, and ultimately achieving high performance. We use tools such as the personality typology and QVC personality testing to help individuals understand themselves and others better, which can lead to improved teamwork, communication, motivation, and problem-solving skills. By working together towards shared goals and celebrating individual strengths and differences, we aim to create a positive and productive team dynamic that leads to success. When a team is not cohesive, it can cause conflict and division. Relationships can deteriorate and this can have a negative impact on the organization. Managing an unhappy team can be time-consuming and a fragmented team can lead to missed opportunities and ideas not developing.
On the other hand, a happy and motivated team working together with a shared vision and clear direction can be more productive, creative, and innovative. Happy teams are more loyal, record less absenteeism, and give more discretionary effort. While it’s not always possible for everyone to get along, understanding and celebrating each other’s strengths and differences can lead to greater productivity than division.
We use psychological research and psychoanalytical ideologies to help individuals or business leaders understand their own working and thinking styles and identify their strengths and those of others. This enables improved teamwork, leadership, customer relationships, creativity, and problem-solving. Our workshop is fun, enlightening, and dynamic and helps create a deeper understanding of team dynamics while encouraging delegates to expand their ability to motivate others and communicate effectively.
